4. Cancellation & Refunds

Our cancellation policy is as follows:

  • Cancellation charges vary based on notice period before travel date
  • Full refund is available for cancellations made 30+ days before travel
  • 50% refund for cancellations made 15-30 days before travel
  • No refund for cancellations made within 14 days of travel
  • Refunds are processed within 7-14 business days

  • We partner with local hotels, cab services, and houseboat operators
